Another well referenced breath practice. An ideal entry point to retention breath - a wonderful way to experience the expansive nature of the chest, support immunity and balance the systems of the body.

Emma also offers 1-to-1 teaching from her home in Clapham, via Zoom or at your home, depending on location. She offers a range of packages, programmes and workshops, as well as the opportunity to create your own bespoke package.
