CAN I DO YOUR CLASSES EVEN IF I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE?

Yes, absolutely! Our classes are designed to welcome complete beginners, all fitness levels and all ages.


I’M PREGNANT. IS YOGA SAFE?

If you are pregnant, please only do classes within the pre-natal section within The Yoga Hub and The Yoga Hub programmes. Yoga is safe to do, with professional instruction, doing classes which have been specifically created for pregnancy. If you have any concerns, please speak to a health professional.

Yoga will help keep you strong and flexible throughout and also help prepare your body for birth.

WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT THE YOGA OFFERED ON INTO THE FOLD?

Emma’s breadth and depth of yoga training and experience provides the student with an extensive variety of classes spanning and incorporating a plethora of yoga and breathwork disciplines and philosophy.

The combination of yoga and breathwork is enormously complementary as well as providing a more rounded offering.

Emma’s teaching feels akin to having a private teacher in the room.


HOW MUCH IS THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

The monthly cost is £9.50 and this gives you access to four areas of the platform: The Yoga Hub, The Knowledge Quarter, The Cocoon Room and The Circle of Trust.

NB: You can cancel your subscription at anytime.


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY INTO THE FOLD SUBSCRIPTION?

Log into your customer account. Click Account, then click View Subscriptions. Click the digital product you want to cancel. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm. You will still have access for the rest of the month until next payment date. At that point, you will lose access. You are able to resubscribe at any point.

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT FOR THE WORKOUTS?

We have a wide selection of both props and non prop classes to choose from. If a prop is needed or suggested, there will be a note in the description.

Also, if you want to try some prop classes but don’t have all the equipment, you can easily switch out for things you have around the house: cushions, books, blankets, rolled up towels, pillows are great substitutes.


DO YOU HAVE CLASSES FOR MEN?

All of our classes are designed to be enjoyed by both men and women! The Flex and Stretch section is particularly popular with men for the classes’ emphasis on improving movement, and flexibility.


CAN I GET A REFUND ON A COURSE I PURCHASE FROM YOU?

At this time it is not possible to get a refund on any of our courses. Please ensure you read the detailed course outline ahead of making a purchase to make sure it’s the right one for you.
