Emma created Into the Fold with a clear vision in mind: to encourage a new way of living that celebrates whole human health, through the building of three key pillars: resilience, strength and self-awareness, across the three layers of being: mind, body and spirit.

Whilst importantly, adding a sprinkle of playfulness along the way. There are two wings to our plane and whilst self-care is undeniably one of them, so is fun and living life to the full.

Emma is passionate about empowering, and educating. For those lacking time and confidence, and overwhelmed by the solutions on offer, Into the Fold is a trusted source of wellbeing knowledge, and expert teaching, that is easily accessible anytime, anywhere.

The practice bridges old and new, science and spirituality, and creates a core of stability, flexibility and strength from the inside out, across all dimensions of health. It creates roots that can withstand any wind, and that is much needed in the world we live in today.

Emma has over fifteen years of in-depth yoga and breathwork training spanning a variety of disciplines. She is known for her playful, calming, expert approach, and places experiences at the heart of all she teaches and shares.
